A “sub-processor” is a third-party service that helps Ijadi LLC (“Ijadi”) deliver the Ijadi.io Platform. Sub-processors may process limited Personal Data on Ijadi’s behalf, under written contracts that impose confidentiality and data-protection obligations equivalent to those Ijadi owes its Customers under the Master Service Agreement, the Privacy Policy, and the Data Processing Addendum.
This page exists to give Customers visibility into the third parties involved in the operation of the Platform.
Ijadi maintains an internal list of all current sub-processors, including each provider’s name, purpose of processing, location, and applicable certifications (such as SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001, or GDPR-relevant safeguards).
Out of respect for security best practices and to maintain operational confidentiality, the full sub-processor list is made available to Customers under a non-disclosure agreement rather than published publicly.
To request the current sub-processor list, contact: [email protected] We will provide the list within five (5) business days of a verified request.
Where required by the Data Processing Addendum, Ijadi will notify Customers of any addition or replacement of sub-processors that materially affect the processing of Customer Personal Data, with at least thirty (30) days’ prior notice. Customers may object on reasonable data-protection grounds in accordance with Section 5 of the DPA.
To subscribe to sub-processor change notifications, contact [email protected] .
While the full list is provided under NDA, sub-processors generally fall into the following categories:
– Cloud infrastructure — hosting, compute, storage, and content delivery
– Telephony — origination and termination of voice calls
– AI and language models — generation of voice responses, transcription, and analysis
– Payments — processing of Customer subscription fees
– Identity and access management — authentication and security
– Analytics and monitoring — platform performance and error tracking
– Communications and support — customer support and notifications
– Security and compliance — vulnerability scanning, audit, and certification
Ijadi performs reasonable diligence on each sub-processor before engagement, including review of:
– Security certifications and audit reports (SOC 2, ISO 27001, where available)
– Data-protection terms and Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent
– Sub-processor location and applicable jurisdictional risk
– History of breaches or material incidents
Sub-processors are reviewed periodically and removed or replaced where they no longer meet Ijadi’s security and privacy standards.
